  • Legal disputes between participants and providers
  • Issues related to NDIS funding and policy decisions
  • Direct intervention in personal or housing conflicts
  • Services not provided through the Marco Polo platform
  • Assistance with inadequate funding from the NDIA 
  • Assistance with Administrative Review Tribunal or (ART)
